Which
credit cards do you take?
We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Your credit card payment will show up as “Mazelmints”
on your statement.
How
long does it take to get a custom order shipped out?
It will depend on how quickly you respond to the emails
we will send to you. We send out a color proof for all
custom orders. The more changes requested, the longer
it will take. Average time for a custom order is 2-3
wks.
What
is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life for candy mints is approximately one year.
Breath Mints have a much longer shelf life. Dark Chocolate
is 18 months, and Milk Chocolate 12 months.
What
if I need to change the color of one of the designs?
Is there a custom charge for that?
If slight changes are needed like wording or text
color, we will try to accommodate every order without
charging a set-up fee. We recommend you request a proof
($12.50 charge) or else we will not be responsible if
you are not happy with the design.
What
if I do not like the design that was designed for me?
You will be able to cancel your order after the design
is made, however you will forfeit your design charge.
How
is the design applied?
The designs are applied with high quaility product
labels custom cut and are digitally printed.
What
if I need a color to match our color theme?
If you need an exact color, then you will need to mail
us a color swatch.
How
does the product get shipped?
We usually use UPS.
Is
there any time that you can't ship because of weather?
Weather will not have an effect on our mint and candy
products. Chocolate bars will be affected in hot weather.
We ship Chocolate Bars with an ice pack but cannot travel
for more than 2 days. If you are in 2 day ship zone,
you will not need extra shipping fees, otherwise, you
must select 2 day shipping via UPS. We also offer wrappers
only.
How
long does it take to get my order?
We ship our orders out in 10 buisness days. Credit card
discrepencies will hold up your order.

the product is shipped, how long will it take to reach
me?

What
if I need the order shipped faster?
This is usually no problem. If you want your order expedited
out of our plant within 5 business days, there is a
$10.00 charge. We also offer next day (before 2:00 EST)
for a $20.00 charge. Please inquire.
What
if my package does not arrive in time for my event due
to a UPS delay? (due to weather, or other unforseen
problems?)
We
are not responsible for UPS delays. Please allow extra
time to avoid these problems.
Do
you sell to wholesale customers?
Yes, we do sell wholesale. You must complete our wholesale
application along with your retail sale license and
trade references. To download click on the link at the
top of this page.
Can
I put our company logo on the tins and is there an additional
charge for that?
Yes, we can do any type of logo as long as it is sent
to us in a good resolution. If you only want your logo
printed and need simple text to go with it, there is
no charge. If you need your logo and a special tin designed,
there will be a $40.00 design fee (this includes a proof).
Where
do I send my image if I order a photo tin?
Send your images to info@themintbox.com. Images MUST
be .JPG or .TIFF, 150 DPI, and approximately 4"
on the shortest side.
Will
you scan my picture for me?
Yes, there is a $10 charge for scanning. We will return
your picture with your order.
Can
I see my tin before you ship it?
We can send you an email proof. The charge for this
$12.50. Please see our services page to pick this option.
Can I return the tins if I just don't like them?
Since
all our products are personalized for you, we can not
take orders back. If the error was made on our part,
we will fix the problem for you. Please call us. If
you just do not like the design you ordered, we can
offer new labels for a small fee if you want to change
your design after you get them. .40 for Palm tins and
.50 for large. In most cases you will be able to put
the new labels over the old ones.
What
if I make a mistake when typing my personalized information?
We try to pick up obvious errors, and will attempt to
contact you, but cannot be responsible for typing errors.
When placing your order in the shopping cart, you will
receive an email confirmation. Please check this
email carefully and call us if there is a problem right
away!
Do
the tins come with ingredient labels?
Yes, if you order your tins filled with candy, they
have an ingredient listing.
Do
the tins come sealed?
Yes. Each tin is shrink wrapped around the edges.
If
I order the placecard tins, what type of pen can I use
to put the names on the tins?
With every order, we provide a color coordinated marker
for you to use.
What
if I make a mistake when I write my guest names on the
tins?
We know that this is a concern so we send extra labels
with every order.
What
is your Kosher certification and is this indicated on
the tins?
Our Kosher certification comes from Star-K. Candy products
(except chocolate bars) are Parve. Chocolate bars are
dairy. Kosher certification is available upon request.
